He was always unavailable for questions and concerns and was quick to resolve any problems. Initially we had some issues with the heating in our room and when it couldn't be fixed, we were quickly moved to a much better room. The small size of the hotel allowed so that we got to know the other guests that were staying there. Overall our stay at Apassionata was fabulous. "

"I had travelled 25 hours and was very tired when I arrived, and the staff were particularly helpful. They came to my room and helped set up the safe and the TV when I couldn’t. I like that they have bottled water in the lobby area that the guests can always access. They don’t have lots of flashy stuff, but you have everything you need and the things they have are all good (like the hot shower). "
