"Boutique Zen Suites was our arrival point in South America and we were pleased with the size and comfort of our room, as well as the helpful service from the reception staff (Sebastian!). The hotel is only about 10 years old but it looks like much of the upkeep was last done 5 years ago - the rooms were clean, but the bath flooded the bathroom, the extractor fan did nothing and made the whole room damp and the spa/pool areas are neglected. The pool was a nice temperature and we still enjoyed it,...

"Me gustó mucho la localización, es acogedor, tranquilo, lo malo es que le faltan cositas indispensables en la cocina, como una vajilla buena, cubiertos, y ollas y sartenes, las instalaciones de agua deberían revisarse ya que hay fugas esto puede ser molesto para muchos, por lo demas,bonito y limpio"
