"Our stay at Apassionata was amazing. Fabian is incredibly attentive and kind and made us feel very welcome. He was always unavailable for questions and concerns and was quick to resolve any problems. Initially we had some issues with the heating in our room and when it couldn't be fixed, we were quickly moved to a much better room. The small size of the hotel allowed so that we got to know the other guests that were staying there. Overall our stay at Apassionata was fabulous. "

"Boutique Zen Suites was our arrival point in South America and we were pleased with the size and comfort of our room, as well as the helpful service from the reception staff (Sebastian!). The hotel is only about 10 years old but it looks like much of the upkeep was last done 5 years ago - the rooms were clean, but the bath flooded the bathroom, the extractor fan did nothing and made the whole room damp and the spa/pool areas are neglected. The pool was a nice temperature and we still enjoyed it,...
