"Our stay at Apassionata was amazing. Fabian is incredibly attentive and kind and made us feel very welcome. He was always unavailable for questions and concerns and was quick to resolve any problems. Initially we had some issues with the heating in our room and when it couldn't be fixed, we were quickly moved to a much better room. The small size of the hotel allowed so that we got to know the other guests that were staying there. Overall our stay at Apassionata was fabulous. "

"This motel was created for one purpose and that is not to go to sleep! The room wasn’t particularly clean and we purposely spent the whole of the daytime out sightseeing. I was unable to open the window blinds so they stayed closed. The bed was hard and more like a sofa bed than a normal mattress. Not recommended to bring children here. The local area is sketchy too. However it is very cheap!"

"This hotel doesn’t have basic conditions to be as a hotel, no hot water, leaking toilet, dirty blanket, no cups or glasses in the room , plus, the room door could not lock well, I have to use our baggage to make the door closed, while no help could get. We arrived around 11pm, the front desk staff did not know our reservation, could not find our reservation, also not understanding any English to communicate, and I had to use gestures, drawing pictures to communicate . "For me and my wife the stay was disappointing, I would not stay again or recommend, the room is uninviting and uncomfortably unpleasant. This qualifies more as a motel than a hotel the only positive is it’s proximity to subway stations "

"O Juan foi super solícito e atencioso. Deixa fazer check out sem horário pré definido, o que é muito bom. O local é perto das duas principais avenidas da cidade e é bem seguro deixar os pertences no quarto. Os únicos pontos negativos são: ter que pagar a mais para usar o ar condicionado, limpeza que deixou a desejar e interior dos quartos e banheiro, com pintura descascada/mofada e afins, além do banheiro ser muito pequeno e sem janela."
