The street(s), sidewalks were littered with trash and refuse from garbage bins emptied by homeless sleeping on the sidewalks. This is not a welcome site when visiting for business or pleasure. The city and/or government should take action to make for a cleaner, more appealing city.

The area or district where the hotel was located was very unclean with trash, homeless persons lying on the sidewalks, and odor from refuse on the sidewalks. The price of water, juice, and snacks were priced too high. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating.

The air conditioner was not working and we were not informed upon arrival about this issue. The following morning they told us they were updating it, and would take around 20 days, we only stayed 4 days, so not very helpful to us. They brought up a fan in our room. We only came to the hotel to sleep as we were visiting the city, so it was hard to relax and sleep well as it was very hot and humid.
