"Bring your ear plugs. Yes, there was construction in the hotel while we're there but even absent that construction. The room was very noisy from outside traffic, cars, people, music, etc. They really should think about offering ear plugs to all of the people who stay. "

"The hotel was excellent for a small hotel. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Our room was huge. Just beware there are 3 Dazzlers in Palermo. My brother and I booked separate Dazzlers not realizing there were more. The area surrounding our hotel had a few places to eat. The steak house at the corner of the street was excellent in all ways. I was coming from a small town in USA and did not feel completely safe in the area at night. We did uber everywhere which is a very inexpensive way to...

"The staff and service at this hotel were amazing. The staff was very professional and friendly, more importantly, they were very attentive when we called. My only pet peeve was the air conditioning, although it seems you control it in the room, you really don't. We called a few times due to the lack of a/c to find out that they actually control it from the reception area at the lobby. Also, you had to run the hot water for about 3 minutes for it to kick-in - quite a waste of water and time."
