"The Principado has an excellent location. The rooms are a nice size. Everything is clean. The staff is friendly. Prices are good. The breakfast is good and the workout room is sufficient. However, there's not a coffee maker."

"Very nice, modern and fairly new hotel. We stayed in a queen studio. Very comfortable and spacious with separate sitting area, along with kitchenette. Excellent, large walk in shower. Smart decor in good condition. Also benefits from a reasonably well equipped gym. Breakfast was OK- the usual Argentinian buffet. Service was friendly and helpful. In a pretty good part of the city. Plenty of shops and eateries on the doorstep. 15 min walk to Puerto Madero waterfront and similiar to Plaza de Mayor. Uber is cheap eg trip to Palermo approx 7,000 peso. Would stay here again."

"Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. There is a spacious front desk area where we were able to hang out with our friends. I loved the location, close to the historic centre. The room was large and comfortable although the furniture is looking old, and there was no safe in our room."

"I can't say enough about this hotel. The staff is extremely friendly, most speak English. The neighborhood is clean and safe and is within reasonable walking distance to a lot of tourist spots. The room itself was very clean and modern (it even had universal outlets so my adapter wasn't really needed. I would absolutely recommend the Crillon to someone, and would probably favor trying out another NH Collection hotel in the future if one is available. "
