The Hotel itself is excellent. Room was a good size for 2 people with luggage. Staff was friendly & knowledgeable. The included breakfast was excellent, lots of choices both hot & cold. Our only complaint was it’s sort of far from most of what you’ll want to see & do. It’s located about 10 blocks from the main dining area of Palermo. So, you end up using taxis or Uber for most of your stay.

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was clean, the AC worked great and the rooftop pool was amazing. The location is convenient and it felt very safe. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again!

The location was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was nice, however, it lacked sufficient sun shade and lounge chairs. The room was gigantic! Bigger than expected. The decor was sparse and seemed there could be a bit more to spruce it up. The cabinet door over the wet bar area, fell off when I touched it. It was large and heavy. Overall, I would recommend this property to others.

Front desk staff were amazing. We showed up needing to pay the Uber driver in cash, which we didn’t have the local currency (ARS), and the front desk actually loaned us money we were so appreciative and thankful. As for the hotel, the room was clean and comfortable, the rooftop pool was really cool and we could walk wherever we wanted to go, safely. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay! The room was comfortable and clean. Housekeeping was very attentive. We were able to walk to the subte, the nearby parks, and took longer walks to the Palermo Hollywood and SoHo neighborhoods. The front desk was very helpful and answered many questions for us. We would stay here again!

Located in desirable Palermo, this hotel was in a relatively quiet area, but close to walkable dining options and huge parks. Uber or Taxi were the best ways to get to Buenos Aires attractions, although public transportation was just a few blocks away. The staff was friendly, although a request for an extension wasn’t entered in the system, so thankfully I followed up. We were given an upgrade (low season) to a suite that had room for a sofa, but had only one chair, so the extra room was relatively useless as a lounge, and no microwave meant no warm food despite a dining table, counter and sink (unless it was hiding in a cabinet?). It was just below the pool deck and first night music was blaring from somewhere late, and the very last morning at 6:30am lounge chairs were being dragged across our ceiling area, thankfully we were already up. Breakfast was very good with a nice variety of selection, and the ladies were so nice! We felt safe in this area, and for the most part, staff was excellent. 9 out of 10
