"I have stayed hear once or twice a year, but I haven’t in two years. Not because I didn’t want to, but because they were booked what I wanted to be there. A downsides this time was there was no more shuttle service provided. Times change. Overall, it was a good place, had trouble with my TV about 1015 at night and they sent somebody up there who immediately fixed it. Quite impressive."

"The parking situation is a hot mess. We had no idea where our car was parked during our stay. Couldnt access it at all without paying someone to go get it. Its also higher than advertised. The morning we left we requested the car before we came down and stood out front for over 30 mins waiting."
