"This location was in easy access to I95 and to all attractions in Baltimore. That being said, this close proximity was also a negative being in total view of I95. There was also a truck stop right across the front entrance of the hotel so it was noisy with all of the semi trucks around. Luckily, the sounds were minimized inside the hotel. "Stayed at a few Hostel Internationals. This was the worst one. No real breakfast to speak of. Not the warmest reception either. Pretty run down. Old building so I am not expecting perfection but you'd think they could get some doors that close properly or some electrical outlets that work."
