"Brilliant hotel we were upgraded to a suite it was massive ,very nicely decorated, very clean .comfortable bed slept great. Bathroom spacious we didn’t use the bath but the shower was great twin sinks with plenty of shelving for products . Shower gel shampoo and conditioner were lovely. Tea and coffee station was very good and well stocked nice to have bottled water in the room ."

"Excellent 2 day stay. Clean, very comfortable rooms. Breakfast on both days was very good with a great selection of food. Waiting staff were polite, friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately the female member of staff at the reception who booked us in and out appeared miserable and unhappy at her work! Perhaps she needs to work with the waiting staff for a while to learn more about customer service !! Overall an excellent hotel in a great location. "
