"The property has been around for a while and the furnishings aren't updated necessarily and look dated. However, everything was neat and clean, no frays and was quality. We only stayed one night but had a very relaxing time in the hot tub, pool, and sauna area. We wish we could have gotten a massage but this was last minute. The bed was clean and comfortable and my husband enjoyed his small breakfast. The price was very reasonable! Definitely would stay again! "

"Nice comfortable house. We had everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable with two nice outdoor seated areas. Great location too. Lots to do nearby. One thing to mention is that the listing says it sleeps 10 but the pullout sofa is on the side indoor patio which you can’t sleep in during cold weather. So some of our party had no other place to sleep but the couch which is right next to the kitchen.. Also, the hot tub is a jet powered tub in the bathroom, not a hot tub. "

"Our stay @ this location was a very positive experience. The host was always available to communicate with as well. There was plenty of space for @least half a dozen people to dorm comfortably. The kitchen had all the amenities and utilities you'd need for your stay. With a giant size TV to watch while eating @ the kitchen table. "14 of us went to visit my son at RPI for a football game. Loved the property. Back yard was beautiful and completely fenced in! Room for our corn hole game and we could even go into the basement with it when it rained. View is beautiful across the street from the front porch, enjoyed my coffee there. Plenty of space for every to sleep and we even got 9 people on the couch it’s so big. Would rent again!"

"Simple, easy to stay in house, fit us all just fine while visiting nearby family for Christmas. The place was clearly just renovated and decorated with the intent of being a short term rental (probably the owner doesn't ever live there) Glad to see pet friendly places like this still exist!"
