"The property is magnificient and do not feel crowded at all. Wverything is beautoful and feel 5 stars...and i am an exigent client. The gym the spa and even the pool area are nice. The breakfast is adequate. Not mind blowing but good for those used to 5 stars. Hot chocolate is not good at all though. Staff were all polite smiling and helpful. The location is great, posh and beautiful. But i would not stay there to ezplore the whole island. We stayed 2 night there and 3 nighs in adeje....

"Beautiful property in the center of town close to park and waterfront as well as shopping district. Staff were excellent from front desk, rooms, dining area with wonderful breakfast daily. The dinner restaurant was also excellent and the staff superb. Our rooms, adjoining, were newly appointed and beautifully modern and quiet. "The hotel is basic a literally a room, reception is via another hotel a few doors up, convenient for shops and transport links. I made the mistake of assuming air conditioning was available but there isn’t any and it isn’t advertised as an amenity so the room was too hot for me. As a suggestion, a fan would be an option."
