"感覺房間不乾淨，一入房很大煙味，浴室感覺不潔，浴廉發霉，而且房間隔音很差，凌晨時份，走廊外有人行過聊天很嘈，不太覺得是四星級酒店，員工態度亦一般"

"The hotel had a slight smell of smoke especially in the room. I felt a little ill at times bc of it. The restaurant was nothing to write home about. We got to the buffet around 9:30am and food was cold. It said the hotel was international but I didn't find it to be international at all. Local hotel that catered to locals. 20 minutes from airport, 35 minutes from train station. Only 1 person spoke English and it wasn't that good. "

Mr. Le Wen, the mixologist at the #33 Executive Lounge, crafted some of the best cocktails we’ve ever had, transforming the Happy Hour into a delightful experience. His expertise and friendly demeanor really made us feel welcome and relaxed. Highly recommend Sheraton GZ for both its prime location and delightful service!"
