"The hotel itself was amazing. My friends and I had a great stay and the concierge was really nice and helpful. But BEWARE! The area around this hotel felt very unsafe and was unsanitary. The parking most of all was atrocious, that word doesn’t even describe how bad it was. We had to pay $15 every time we decided to leave and an extra $15 when we stayed past 6am. "The check in process was very easy . It was quiet and enough space for my family of 5 . Upon arrival my son was going to sleep on the sofa bed but it was broken so he ended up just sleeping on the couch . The second room had curtains to block everyone out one of the curtains was hanging out of the ceiling. The shower only had one shower door which wasn’t terrible as it was a waterfall shower but still awkward. There were a lot of nice little shops and places to eat in walking distance. The...

"I did not like that they waited until the last minute to let you know how to get into the property. I don't give personal information away via text. A conversation with an actual person would have been nice. Telling you that they will text you and that information is needed."

"Check in is difficult and not convenient. Read all details before booking! When you can get in, additional charges to park etc. apt is clean, very small for a “junior penthouse”. Checked out early and had a difficult time getting key back to over-see er. You can’t exit the flor without the key and leaving the key in the apt strands you on the floor... "
