"This was an absolutely terrible experience. The property owner was completely unresponsive day of booking leaving us stranded with nowhere to go when we arrived. He never got us the check in details, and customer service was atrocious. Finally, 4 hours after the time we were supposed to check in we gave up and booked a hotel that cost us an additional $500.00 from what the booking was supposed to be.
