"Great house for a family gathering at Christmas time - hot tub was fantastic and plenty space for 12 of us plus a little dog. Conservatory could be a little cold for winter but fortunately weather was mild and we were able to use both dining table for Christmas dinner. Location is excellent - shops; loch morlich, ice skating etc. Would highly recommend. The hosts were brilliant and happy to answer any queries. The hamper & Christmas decorations were a lovely bonus! The house was terrific, layout was great for our needs, and there were plenty of everything to self-cater for a week. We had some issues with the heater the first couple of days and nights, but the hosts were extremely active in communicating with us to try simple solutions, and in the end they brought in a professional repair technician who promptly fixed an issue in the boiler.
