"After a shaky start, my son and I had a great 1 night stay. The room was not as described on the app when booking, as the Family Room "king size bed and double sofa bed" turned out to be a king size bed and kids single foldout bed. After discussing this with reception, we were moved to a twin room which suited our needs. Either Hotels.com or the hotel need to correct the description of the Family Room facilities. The rest of the hotel and facilities were OK, but looking a bit tired and...
