"The hotel was perfectly located for my needs. The room was very spacious. The staff were friendly. The coffee shop in the lobby was very good. The coffee and the food were both good and not overly expensive. We had an issue with the ac not working but they were able to change my room quickly. Overall it’s a good experience and I will stay there again. "

Took them to the water park, went to the spa & had the most amazing surprise… thanks a million to Turnberry for the most epic birthday upgrade to the penthouse suite! It was definitely a birthday we will never forget & are super grateful! "This hotel was not a hotel...it was a dirty apartment (fraudulent advertisement). The shower curtain had mold, the bathroom had ants, the rug was stained and toilet flooded upon the first flush. My 9-year old daughter woke up with a bug on her stomach (either a tic or a bed bug). We had to immediately leave and the property. The property then told us the situation could have easily been rectified and we should have stayed. They subsequently claimed the property was fine and claimed that I...
