"We Enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn Aventura. Our room was clean as well as the check in area and the hallways. Room was big. Everything worked. We were 5 minutes from Brightline and a block from Aventura Mall. The reception specialist gave us an early check-in of 3 hours. We were so grateful after a long morning of traveling! It was such a kind, generous and unexpected gesture. The staff were very polite and gave us suggestions on the local surroundings. I highly recommend this hotel! "

"This hotel was not a hotel...it was a dirty apartment (fraudulent advertisement). The shower curtain had mold, the bathroom had ants, the rug was stained and toilet flooded upon the first flush. My 9-year old daughter woke up with a bug on her stomach (either a tic or a bed bug). We had to immediately leave and the property. The property then told us the situation could have easily been rectified and we should have stayed. They subsequently claimed the property was fine and claimed that I...
