"Everything very clean. Pillows one was very flat two was too high. Heating system was blowing directly at the couch sitting direction. Some days there was no bottled water and enough English breakfast and earl grey tea. Toilet flush very stiff difficult to flush. Shower door hard to open. Thank you "

"The property was located in a great area. Less than a minute walk to St. Pancras International station. The staff was very friendly and answered all questions we had regarding the property. We were able to check in several hours earlier than the posted check in time and were even offered a room upgrade! I enjoyed everything about the hotel and all the amenities provided.
