I told him this is not what I reserve on Expedia, he mentioned to me the hotel is full I told him not that what I reserve even I spoke to Expedia the contact the office at Pera Hill today later I spoke to Mr. Yousuf. "Its been 3 years since i last stayed in this hotel..In this time it has gone downhill fast,,Although close and walking distace to all tourist attractions,their standards have slipped dramatically..I stayed for 4 days,not once was there any house keeping done,no sheets changed ot beds made,no towels replaced..TV worked or didnt work..sheets were shabby and torn in places.."
