"Lovely, professional reception staff. Evening entertainment could be improved. The entertainment finishes at 10pm and then silence! Too much time spent on childrens disco with very little entertainment for the adults who are actually paying to be entertained. Background music at the very least should be playing for the enjoyment of guests who are on holiday!"

"A very good clean hotel ,there was someone often cleaning and polishing,the reception area, corridors and outdoors around the pool. Daily room service was fine although some days the tea and coffee sachets weren't replenished. The allocated room on 4th floor was compact, the bed very comfortable and it was in a quiet location. The bathroom was larger with a modern walk in shower and the outdoor patio was even bigger with a large sunbed for private use. Half board food was adequate, breakfast...

The property is at the edge of both las americas and los christianos so costs about €8-10 each way in a taxi. Main pool absolutely Baltic but middle one fantastic hence the beds all going by 8am!!"

"This hotel was excellent. The room and facilities were excellent and we would definitely stay again. However, we had terrible difficulty getting on the wi-fi. We asked on numerous occasions how to access the wi-fi at reception and eventually on the third occasion we were given the password and got on easily and really not sure why we were not given this when we first asked. This was a big problem for us as we had our 14 year old grandaughter with us and she was really unhappy with no wi-fi....
