"I am so glad I booked this hotel for my late flight arrival inti Chitose/Sapporo. Due to heavy snow I was able to go straight to my room in terminal while others had lots of issues due to arrival being after the last train into the city. Best to stay here overnight if arriving late from Tokyo/overseas."

"The hotel is on the older side. The pictures of the hotel doesn't do any justice. Need updated photos of room. Nice bigger rooms than the typical Japanese hotel rooms but the amenities of the room is outdated. The smell of the toilet smells like the sewer. The tub was old and it moved. When i entered the tub, it moved. We just stayed at the Hotel Grand Fontaine at Haneda Airport and it was very nice. Smaller room but nicer and the same price. It was a newer hotel but i highly recommend that...
