One small piece of feedback: it would be great if the vegan hot dishes were separated from the non-vegan ones to avoid cross-contamination, and similarly, if the cheeses were placed apart from the cold meats. "It was a great stay. The location was the best, i had no problems during my stay. The room was very nice and clean, the staff was mostly friendly. The only thing i can say is that event though it was off season and the hotel was clearly not fully booked, they didnt let me extend checkout time even for an hour. Sometimes you just have to take initiative to help out a solo traveler whos been there a few days with no problems, no requests…"
