Thoughtful touches, such as in-room champagne, occasional fresh fruit, a complimentary minibar, and a room upgrade, added to the luxurious, five-star experience and made our stay truly unforgettable. "I rented a studio unit and it didn’t disappoint. Very roomy and clean. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is located next to New York Cafe, and you can access it from the hotel. The metro stop is on the same block as the hotel, making commuting extra easy. I highly recommend it. "

"Beautiful hotel. Great Location. Breakfast delicious and lots of choice. Great Service. The only very small criticism was the cleaning staff left us without toilet paper and when I asked they brought (have to say immediately) only one roll. "

"I was pleasantly surprised and happy that the room was big enough, beautifully decorated and well equipped. A nice and short stay but really nice, clean and lovely reception staff. I came in way early before check in but I’m assuming because it wasn’t so packed, they allowed me go in early. "

The only problem was that the staff members were quite rude and instead of trying to help with the breakfast situation that we had there, they told us just to leave and didn’t give us a chance to buy breakfast"

My only concern were a few undesirable people around the area and I wouldn’t be alone late at night. This is no reflection on the hotel but good to know if you stay. All in all a pleasant stay. "
