"The property is updated and clean. It's close to shopping and eateries. The only negative comment I have is that their website needs to update how to enter the apartment. Instead of stating to enter code and push door, tell patrons to enter door and turn knob while the button on the knob is still green. It was, honestly, a bit confusing. Other than that, everything was excellent!"

"The property manager was not reasonable in our request for a compensation settlement being that the flat had no heating one evening. She said that I should have called her to which I responded that I hadn’t that evening due to the lateness and opted to report it in the morning. She was not accommodating but curt. I further want all to know that even though the place is supposed to be smoke free it really isn’t as a person can smoke in an outdoor door space outside the bedroom. All smoke odors...

"Great position in Newbury, very close to the main shopping street. Parking nearby was cheaper than onsite so we used that. Entry was easy with good instructions. It was very warm inside, we had to open the windows and turn off the heating. Nice and quiet in the building, we hardly saw or heard anyone else. Everything you needed for a short break was supplied. "The unit at Central Point was great for an extended business trip as it had a full kitchen and laundry machine. The unit I ended up in was a bit older than the pictures suggested but I figure that's just down to differences between units. Area was very central with many food and entertainment options. Only caveat is that it could get a bit loud on a Friday and Saturday night which wasn't an issue for me as it was the weekend. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a central location...
