"Great position in Newbury, very close to the main shopping street. Parking nearby was cheaper than onsite so we used that. Entry was easy with good instructions. It was very warm inside, we had to open the windows and turn off the heating. Nice and quiet in the building, we hardly saw or heard anyone else. Everything you needed for a short break was supplied. "

"The property is updated and clean. It's close to shopping and eateries. The only negative comment I have is that their website needs to update how to enter the apartment. Instead of stating to enter code and push door, tell patrons to enter door and turn knob while the button on the knob is still green. It was, honestly, a bit confusing. Other than that, everything was excellent!"

"The apartment has been recently modernised to a high standard. It is bright, airy, spacious and very comfortable for 5-6 people. Our group with various dietary constraints meant we ate in and the kitchen was well equipped. The beds were all comfortable with super bedding. Tammy was responsive and available. The location is convenient with everything within the City walkable, and lots of snack bars, cafes, restaurants, pubs are all minutes away. Parking is tight - but there is a central car...

"A beautiful little cottage, spotlessly clean with everything we needed. We made the most of our short stay by visiting Stonehenge, Old Sarum, Salisbury and Bath. Being December it was lovely returning to a warm and cosy Rose Barn. The freshly made bread, butter, marmalade and jam were a lovely addition. We would definitely return."

There is a large car park around the block from the apartment - handy information to know ahead of time as we drove past the property a few times before determining there was no driveway. The VRBO site noted close to public transportation- bus to London right outside the door! Close to dining options, and there is a nice supermarket at the car park area. "

"Enjoyed my stay and the greater Salisbury area. There is noise from the neighboring busy road, making some sleeping a little difficult. But the flat was a good size and comfortable. The kitchen adequately supplied. It was especially nice to have a clothes washer handy. A bathroom mirror is needed. A good space for one or two but no more as extra bed linens are not supplied for the couch."

"Our two-day stay in Salisbury was made even better by our stay at this great apartment. A short walk from the train station made access very easy. The apartment was roomy and well appointed and Siobhan our host had provided some thoughtful welcome items in the fridge which were well appreciated. "This was the perfect place for our family of four to stay on our trip to Winchester! Located just a block from the train station and an easy 5 minute walk into the heart of the town. The place was very clean and had a lovely porch to sit out on and enjoy in the evenings. Claire was helpful and gracious throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here when you head to this beautiful cathedral town."

"There was not good communication about the size of the room. This was listed as suitable for 6 people and it certainly was not. We were 4 adults and 2 kids, the adults not in pairs. But we were willing to push through for one night. The other problem was an inadequate amount of linen. We needed more towels and blankets/sheets. I called Samantha to ask about additional linen and her response was not what I expected. She asked if we were cold because the room was adequately warm and we’d be fine...

BUT, It only sleeps 3, the apartment looked reasonably new, albeit the flooring was laid well. But it was filthy. The beds were really really old. The frame on the double was broken. The mattress was old, stained and uncomfortable. The sheets didnt smell clean and were visibly dirty. The duvet had blood stains on it. We went to get clean sheets but when we opened them...
