"First time at Dawsons. House was great and very clean. The beds were all super comfortable. Dock was great for our boat and back far enough that your not getting pounded by wakes. Only wish they had Wi-Fi. There is a note that states it is coming! We’ll definitely stay here again!!"

It was also very nicely decorated for the holidays giving it a very homey feel. Communication with the property manager was great - we had an urgent request at one point and they were quick to respond even though it was a holiday. "

"Overall fantastic experience, the location was great, the views were beautiful. Plenty of room to sleep a large group. Getting on and off the dock was a little primitive but adequate. Gangplank was a loose set of boards that needed adjusted after moderate boat traffic. Dryer was an older model and took a few cycles to dry a load of clothes. Would definitely book it again."
