"The property is absolutely breathtaking. The remote location of the home provided us with an unparalleled level of peace that was exactly what we were seeking. Nights at the home provided some of the most quiet moments of my life. The traditional cabin was massive, beautiful, elegantly decorated, and the home was outfitted with all of the modern amenities that one could hope to find in a five-star resort. "Our whole family stayed at this home over the holidays and it was perfect for us. It is well appointed with almost everything you need to cook and serve large meals - it even has a double oven. It was also very nicely decorated for the holidays giving it a very homey feel. Communication with the property manager was great - we had an urgent request at one point and they were quick to respond even though it was a holiday. "

"this cabin was everything we hoped for! plenty of space for our family of 6, but still so cozy, BEAUTIFUL surroundings, well stocked, comfy beds/furniture, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city life we’re so used to in houston, easy communication with the hosts, a guarded community - truly all you could want out of a vacation... it was an absolute pleasure to stay here and we will be back soon as we’ve all fallen in love with tennessee and especially the deerfield community. "We loved our stay at this wonderful cabin. The rooms were large, light and airy. We were able to spread out or all be together whenever we wanted. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to work in. And the balconies, deck and porch were great. It was a long way down from the cabin to the dock, but the walkway and stairs made for a relatively easy workout. It rained much more than we would have liked, but the kids and grandkids loved jumping off the platform on the dock and floating around...

"To begin with the oven wasn’t working and after many calls and a few hours we were able to get into the electric box to flip it on. The rental company does not provide cleaning supplies due to their policy because it is poison. That’s what the proper manager told us. So the kitchen cabinets were filled with house feces and all we had to clean it with was dish soap. Also, the coffee pot had mold and old coffee grinds. Again nothing to clean with. They knew this on Wednesday night and we stayed...

"Overall fantastic experience, the location was great, the views were beautiful. Plenty of room to sleep a large group. Getting on and off the dock was a little primitive but adequate. Gangplank was a loose set of boards that needed adjusted after moderate boat traffic. Dryer was an older model and took a few cycles to dry a load of clothes. Would definitely book it again."

"We booked this property for a stay in the city while Music Conference was held at UTK. It was a short drive from the campus, and had everything we needed for our stay.
