The stairways need to be better represented so guests know that there are many steps with no way to access bedrooms or patios without them. "Overall fantastic experience, the location was great, the views were beautiful. Plenty of room to sleep a large group. Getting on and off the dock was a little primitive but adequate. Gangplank was a loose set of boards that needed adjusted after moderate boat traffic. Dryer was an older model and took a few cycles to dry a load of clothes. Would definitely book it again."

"The location of the property was great as it was just a short walk to the marina. The porch was a wonderful retreat, too. We however, felt the property needed a good sweeping and mop job. After our 7 month old baby dropped something on the floor and it rolled under the couch, we found trash, cups, wrappers, and dust bunnies galore.
