"We booked this property for a stay in the city while Music Conference was held at UTK. It was a short drive from the campus, and had everything we needed for our stay. Mo, the owner, was always available, and if there was any issues, they would help us out immediately! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet stay near the city. "

"It was a good location for our family. We were close to two other homes of friends we wanted to spend time with during the holidays. There was a very nice park nearby, and plenty of stores and restaurants. The owner even had a Christmas tree there waiting for us! Very clean and comfortable, had everything we needed! Thank you, we enjoyed our time there."

"We (family of 4 plus dog) stopped over on a road trip. The home is comfortable, clean, with thoughtful extras like coffee and games. The neighborhood is very nice and property photos accurate. Other reviewers mentioned an odor, which was present, but not overwhelming or an issue for us. The owner was very friendly, communication was great, and check in was easy. I would stay again and recommend. "

"The home was beautiful. On the water and awesome view of Lake Norris. Surrounding neighborhood (1 mile from lake) not as well off. We did contact management about a very bad smell (seemed like septic smell) coming from the first floor restroom. After a couple days maintenance person came out. Told us issue was fixed and smell would dissipate, but it didn’t. We just got used to it, but noticed it each time we left and came back inside. Hope they’re able to fix this for next renters. "Came here for one night and enjoyed this house very much! It’s an old charming home that is well decorated and very clean. I was warned by a couple friends from Knoxville that this was a bad neighborhood - I didn’t get that impression at all. It is just an old neighborhood with smaller homes. Only thing I would suggest more clarity on, is that there’s an “a & b” to this property. "Nice clean property. Great fire pit, open floor plan and easy fishing. We wanted a country area and it was definitely that. Grocery store only five miles away. Longer drive for a good restaurant though. Kids went to Dollywood and said it was a nice drive. "everyone had a great time, they think this is the best one for all of our families, plenty games to play since we went for our family Christmas and didn't use the lake access to keep busy. simple love this home!"
