"Hotel staff at the front desk were great!"

"This place is a very traditional construction from the old homes in Cusco, it has been totally renovated, and they did a very good job at maintaining all the details on the materials used and making the place feel in a very unique building. When it comes to the property and Staff, it is a comfortable place with all the amenities you may need, they have a really good complementary breakfast with a nice variety of foods, including local food presented with a nice culinary touch that give you the opportunity to taste their traditional dishes. Their personal are always friendly and attentive to help you in any way you may need and make you feel at home."

"The room was very comfortable as well as the bed. I particularly loved the fresh flowers in the bathroom, it’s was a beautiful touch of color. Additionally, Johan spoke excellent English and explained how everything worked in the room in detail, including how long to let the shower run to get hot water (he said 30 seconds but it was more like 60, no biggie). Breakfast, the morning I had it, was tasty as well- they made my eggs to order and accompanied it with bread, butter, jelly and fruit. A few things we noticed that weren’t huge turn offs but points of note: 1. The heater came really handy in the cooler evening weather but it primarily pointed downward on one side of the bed for a while. 2. We could hear some sort of music/bass until 2am but it didn’t affect our sleep because we had the noise of the heater going. 3. Walking distance to San Pedro’s plaza was excellent. 4. I needed oxygen my first night - it was 8 soles for the nose tube. I had it for 10 minutes and it was super helpful. They’re available 24 hours a day so asking for it at 10:30pm wasn’t trouble. All in all, I would recommend this place! "

"This was our second hotel in Cusco we stayed at and this was certainly the best stay. The rooms was large and very comfortable with lots of space to spread around and keep your stuff. I personally loved the built in shelves on one of the walls. The bathroom was a good size and we finally did not have any water pressure issues or had to wait for the hot water to run. Breakfast was pretty standard, but the choice of fruit was really beyond what we experiences before and that was a truly pleasant surprise. This is a historic hotel with beautiful touches of wood everywhere and a little "plaza" in the main floor where you can relax. Hotel provides access to hot water and varieties of teas accessible all the time and we had good experience with the front desk helping us with the taxi to the airport. "
