"The hotel is very well located. The room was very nice and roomy. The housekeeping could be a bit better. For example, the toilet paper was not replaced on one occasion and dirty glasses were not cleaned. In a few instances, the front desk person was messing around on their phone, which I think looks bad. One of the front desk staff was not familiar with how to get to Machu Picchu which I feel is something they should probably be familiar with, given that it is a major tourist attraction. I...

We had to move to other neighbor hotel the 1st night and then to this hotel. Bad communication between the hotel and the services provider platform, and between hoteles in Cusco. Summarizing, please be sure that your booked hotel is exactly with the conditions offered and please check the comments to avoid stress "
