So this hotel has just opened so the rooms are brand new (I may have been the first person in my room). However, the rest of the hotel is still "in process." Not construction noisy, just not finished. The family who own/run it are super friendly and helpful. The made to order breakfast was great, they went out of their way to accommodate my food allergies. The wifi was spotty and unreliable, so not a place if you need to work. But I went to cafes and coworking spaces, which are nearby. It's not really the old town, but more downtown and one/two blocks to the historic area, so very walkable for everything you need.
