"The apartment was great - I did use the heater as it was cool in the evenings. The hot water worked well when following the host’s instructions and the wifi was great. There was some construction going on the last few days that was loud but not under the control of the host. Chiara was responsive to questions and helpful with checkin and getting a taxi from the airport. I would definitely stay here again! "

"This was a nice apartment with a great view of Cusco. The owners (while not english speaking) were very nice and even organised washing for us. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen / lounge area was nice. A couple of things to note about the property. In winter it gets quite cold (there is a oil fin heater provided). The bathroom is very little (which is standard for Cusco) and the shower has a retrofitted heater shower head. These seem to be in all places that don't have a hot water supply,...

"This was a terrible place to stay. First, they never communicated with me how to get the key and wifi. We finally arrived to the place and we were not greeted nicely. They told us to go upstairs to the fourth floor and it looked unsafe to be in there. The apartment was EXTREMELY dirty as well as the bedding. We had arrived at night after a long day at Machu Picchu and we wanted to shower, and the host told us that there was only hot water from 3am-1pm....HOW ABSURD! One of the toilets wasn't...
