Stay away. This is a high altitude city and they didnot offer water bottle or mentioned as simple as that they only offer the first night. Otherwise we would have bought it on our late back at night. The ladies who checked us in were friendly and pleasant. The night shift , Miguel, was so rude and not at all guest oriented. My husband got really bad " high altitude symptoms" and I ordered a side of rice. It came cold and dry. Unbelievable!!!! Had I known these, I would not have booked here again. There are plenty nicer hotels around. They didnot refund and blamed it on Expedia! We have been traveling a lot and this hotel is at the bottom of our stays overall. The standard rooms are like a box with no windows. I don't think the rooms around the courtyard have any windows either. The lady changed our room , but still small and very basic.

The amenities of the hotel were nice, including the breakfast buffet. But our room was very poor, the beds were uncomfortable and they put us in room (316) that overlooked the roof fans. The rooms need to be updated terribly, dark wood furniture, old 32 inch TV. The doors do not shut by themselves, you have to make sure they are pulled shut. The breakfast Buffet had a good variety, I thought the food was of good quality. The staff were very helpful and kind. Overall, this hotel is hardly a 4 star. I think I would stay somewhere else if we were to visit Cusco again.

The personnel were terrific. The hotel was clean and safe. The hotel buffet breakfast was good, but the dinner food was bland, chalky, and unappetizing. I was sick for 6 days after eating “uncooked” meat. My room was clean but had a horrible smell. My friends room did not smell. I ran air con to be able to ignore smell. But for the most part, it was a great place to stay. Beds were comfortable and place was clean and personnel was friendly.

Loved the courtyard and overall atmosphere of the hotel, restaurant and surrounding property. My only issue was that the bathroom in my room had no external drain and seemed to be at a slope which led to water leaking into the room when myself or my friend would shower no matter how we arranged the bathmat and shower curtains.
