"great stay, but rooms are small"

"I stayed here with my wife for a visit to Disney. The Room: The room (1 king suite) was clean and well appointed. The kitchen had enough cups, plates and cooking stuff for two people. The bathroom does not have any sort of exhaust fan, so humidity from the shower came in your bedroom area, but seemed to dissipate within an hour. The air conditioning didn't work at all, and actually increased the temperatue of the room when enabled. Our key card stopped working twice, which was frustrating with...

"We always stay at this hotel when visiting Disneyland. This room was fresh and clean. Breakfast was hot and everyone in the family was satisfied. ( this is a rare, someone always complains). The housekeeper staff were professional and polite. The walk is easy and we feel safe walking there."

"The service of the front desk staff was warm and accommodating. They were very helpful and answered all my questions without hesitation. The hotel was conveniently across from the Honda Center and they allowed me to park at the hotel even after checking out. "

"We had an easy check in, but quite surprised by the unexpected ~$20/night for parking. Must be more careful reading description when the property summary reads "Available Parking," which means there is a charge. Other than that unpleasant surprise, the room was clean, bed comfortable, breakfast offerings were very good, and check out way easy."
