"This hotel is very convenient for public transport links. It is therefore easy to get to around the city and see the sights. Staff very friendly and helpful. They made suggestions for places to visit and eat. The room I was in was very spacious and had a view of the train station. The trams do rumble as they pass the hotel but that is to be expected but they do get less frequent and stop running at night. However if you are a light sleeper you may want a room away from the front . "

"Great hotel - service was excellent for our 4 night stay. Hotel staff, especially all at the front desk are very pleasant and happy to assist. Location is perfect for getting around with the Central train station a 10 min easy walk away. Hotel is spotless, beds are very comfortable, and very quiet. The buffet breakfast is also great value and would recommend for some breakfasts. Great bike rental right across the street from the main entrance (highly recommend this mode of transportation) in Amsterdam! Overall 10/10 hotel with zero complaints! We will stay here again on our next visit. "
