"We stayed for nine days in February and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and genuinely welcoming. It was my birthday during our stay, and they went out of their way to make it special—a thoughtful morning greeting, a delicious birthday cupcake, and a bottle of Prosecco waiting in our room. The daily breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and quality. Highly recommend!"

"A one-star review is too much for this place. The only positive is the location. Nothing else. Please, especially if you have kids. DO NOT STAY HERE. DRTY, NASTY (not because it's old, i have stayed in older places with charm and cleanliness, not this one), rundown, truly beyound repair. Needs to be demolished or completely gutted and redone. As far as service, it is non-existent. Not in person nor through email or messaging. Send a message before checking in and haven't heard from them yet even...
