"Wonderful service on arrival to Hotel - reception staff extremely helpful. Amazing breakfast. Only downside was room was small (409) with no room for bedside tables and no plugs to charge phone next to bed. Hotel spotless and good location for walking into centre. "

"Dated but everything was layout nicely in the room. The pillows, however were not comply at all. Located in a quiet area just out of the city center. 4 mins walk to the tram stop, 12 mins walk to the metro station. Recommend - great value for the money you pay. "

There was a discrepancy in the Expedia site — it said I would get a room with a “city view” when in fact only a few rooms had such a view and I did not get one. I suggest this description be left off. Everything else was great!"

"I highly enjoyed my stay. Everyone at the facility was extremely nice and welcoming and always looking to help. The location is roughly a 30 minute walk to city center, or at most a 10 minute walk to the tram and tube. The room itself was kept extremely clean and the additions of little chocolates and tea bags on the table made it very welcoming upon arrival. I would definitely recommend this location and stay here again."

"These are basic clean rooms. Not flash but it's a great price and it's probably ideal for a short stop over. Google maps will direct you to a different location a street over , this is not the place. Use the address on the booking site . This is budget accommodation but it's in a quiet and safe area. The staff are also very friendly."
