"We had a very good welcome when we arrived late due to a wedding we were attending. Quick and efficient check-in. Rooms were generally good, although the shower had signs of orange bacteria and some black mould on the ceiling. The bottom of the shower door and sealant around it was tatty and looked dirty, so much so that I didn’t want to use it. "We stayed the night before our flight. The member of staff checking us in was lovely,polite, personable and professional he upgraded our room which was very much appreciated. The room was very clean and well presented. We had breakfast which was excellent everything was fresh and tasted fantastic. We checked out quickly and then just had a short walk to Terminal 2. Highly recommend. "

"We were very impressed with our room which was very clean and looked freshly reburbished. The hotel itself was also clean and fresh with very helpful and friendly staff. A stones throw from restaurants and the theatre so convenient location. Would recommend to others. "
