I appreciate how everything is so well kept and the front desk customer service staff is always so welcoming!"

"Second time staying with a room that has a whirlpool. Last time it was fabulous.. this time the room (a different room than I had before) was not as well kept and clean. Random hair in the sink, the shower, and in the whirlpool. Gross. Wallpaper peeling in the bathroom. Chunks missing in the bathroom floor. But at least the coffee maker worked in this room!"

"Wasn’t the best of stay but it was okay and quiet we forgot our tooth brush the receptionist told us we couldn’t request anymore tooth brushes when we only requested them one day they are throw away use one time toothbrush why would we use the same one everyday "
