Stayed 2 nights on Business. Overall property is in good condition. Staff was good. Construction going on next door. Lots of traffic. There was an odor of decomposing organic matter coming from the bathroom sink. Otherwise It was fine. About 1/2 hour from downtown Dallas.

They charge a non refundable deposit and depending on the form of payment you use, they’ll charge more. No one is ever at the front desk or available to assist when you need it. Room was mediocre. Nothing special.

On our last night there were several car alarms going off in the middle of the night which was disruptive. But overall it was quiet and reliable hotel to stay at while we attended a wedding nearby. The breakfast was very basic but the 24 hour front desk was very convenient.

BED BUGS!!!!! I woke up with them crawling on my bed by my face! I have over 50 bites and had an allergic reaction. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND FOR THAT NIGHT!!! They also had the nerve to say no one has ever reported bed bugs before. Looking back at their reviews, we found two additional reports over the last month and I imagine many more. My colleagues staying in another room saw them too. They should be shut down and fumigated!

I was not comfortable in the bed, because it was to hard and the ants was not any better. The neighborhood around was very noisy.

We were impressed with the cleanliness of the property. The room was very spacious. The only negative was there is no water pressure- even rinsing the soap off was hard.
