"We had a great stay at Westgate. We appreciated the great service provided by the front desk and bartending staff. Room was clean. Building felt safe. "Overall we enjoyed our stay! The staff was nice, the room was clean, and the hotel was near a lot. We were disappointed with the tv remote and limited options (Netflix and YouTube only). The elevators were small and definitely worn, and 1 of the 3 didn’t work. Besides those minor things it was quiet and the bed was comfortable and we loved to have a terrace on our room! "

"The room was tiny but that was not a problem for me. I was in Manhattan to shop so I didn’t spend a lot of time in the room. The free wifi was fast and they had free coffee and water on the 27th floor. The coffee was delicious too. Perfect location for someone going to New York to shop. It is very close to the Grand Central terminal and the 5th Avenue shopping district. Macy’s is just one stop away on the train or a quick taxi ride away. Loved it, would go back."
