"Nice hotel, 2 things we didn't like. 1: There is no room service and the restaurant is separate from the hotel. 2: If you don't get an exterior room, your view is literally other people's hotel rooms. So if we opened our shades, all the other interior rooms see right in. So our room felt a little like a dungeon. Bathrooms could use a refresh too. "

"So for context the proximity of this location to the heart of times square was perfect. The amenities that was offered was nice such as wine tasting on Tuesday's. I'm a breastfeeding mom and I thought they were trying to pull a whammy when I requested a refrigerator to store my milk they said it would be 30$ charge for each night of my stay. Also if you have food that needs to be warmed up via microwave there's a 30$ a night fee. 😤"
