"Great location, clean rooms but are very small (to be expected in NYC) super close to penn station and within walking distance to Times Square and the Empire State Building. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Loved the art deco style of the hotel. The only negative is parking is very expensive and a bit of a hassle to load and unload, and no in and out privileges as it’s off property parking. Overall a great hotel and I would recommend staying here. "

"Overall our experience was great. The location is perfect for shopping or just walking around the beautiful city admiring the architecture. The only downside is if the room gets hot there isn't anyway of cooling it down except for opening the window which I'm grateful for.
