"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Glendale. We were in town for a wedding, but stayed a few extra days. We loved being able to walk to so many shops and stores nearby. This unit is just as described in the listing. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of supplies left for us. We didn't have to run to the store for anything! There were plenty of extra towels, soaps of every kind, and kitchen supplies too. One thing I really appreciate is having a Brita in the fridge. The owner...

"This apartment is even larger than we expected. It had everything we needed and the location is perfect! It is walkable to anything you need. Also, the owner is extremely responsive. If anything needs to be fixed or cleaned, it’s as easy as a text. I would definitely stay here again! "

"We were displaced because of the Eaton fire. James was extremely responsive to our every message and provided a clean and well-equipped space to rest while we figured things out post-fire. We are very grateful for his kindness. What's great about this place too is that it has covered carport parking for two cars, so one doesn't need to struggle finding street parking. "I came to California for a long weekend to visit my new granddaughter. I wanted a location that was close to my sons's house. My plan was simply to sleep at the VRBO since most of our time was going to be spent at my son's house. This location was perfect. The property was very clean and exactly what we wanted. The host had excellent communication with us. Everything worked out perfectly."

"A group of 6 of us stayed here for a week and it was more than spacious. It also is a very quiet area which was helpful. The place had everything we needed, except bring your own dish soap! I would stay here again and recommend it to others. There is a Walmart only a few minutes away and a bit further is a fun golf/arcade/race car place called Camelot that we spent some time at. "

"The property is conveniently located near plenty of restaurant options on a quiet street, but the unit is not well maintained. We found two dead roaches in the apartment. Their is signifucsnt water damage in the bedroom, the bathroom ceiling has mold, the shelves are falling off the wall, and there is a hole in the ceiling where the bathroom fan/vent should be. The door to the laundry room also doesnt seem secure. There is a glass door connecting to outisde and the interior door doesnt lock....
