"We loved the location of the hotel to the Alamo and River Walk. We were disappointed that the front desk people were unfriendly and just cold. We had read previous comments about the front desk staff being welcoming and helpful, this was not the case when we were there. "

"Nice property and great location. Only negative was having to ask several times, before and during our stay, for a rollaway bed. We finally received it after the 5th ask. Otherwise, great hotel, hospitality, and nice breakfast!"

"Seemed a popular hotel for bachelor/ette groups so it was a little noisy in the evening (shouting in hallways and rooms) but usually settled down by about 11. Property was otherwise excellent. Only real criticism would be no fans in the bathroom which meant they held shower steam for a long time."
