Wasn't sure about the neighborhood at first, but was pleasantly surprised with how quiet it was and neighbors were friendly. The host was awesome with answering any questions I had quickly. "Very quaint little room. About the size of a hotel room. Wonderful king bed mattress (although bed is quite tall) and linens, the sitting area is a twin daybed. Older build and “rustic” handyman work. Pretty clean. Host was friendly and accommodating. Backyard gets really muddy during rain, but would be nice in better weather.
