"This was my second year staying at this facility as an alternative to the Grand Hyatt adjacent to the San Antonio Convention Center which is significantly more expensive. This facility is halfway between a hotel and a condo. My first year my room was one bedroom with bath with a kitchen. This year I was told I was "upgraded" and my room was two-bedroom, upstairs and downstairs, with a nice balcony. I basically didn't use the upstairs at all. "The location was great but room 303 is in the front corner and had street noise all night long. Should have known when they had earplugs on the night stands. Checked out a day early it was that bad."

"This property was perfect for 3 adults (1 couple), spacious and comfortable apartment, good kitchen, bathroom, rooftop pool and fitness center. Only complaint is the wifi was not fast enough for sending files (even though we paid for the "high speed" option)."

"Nice resort, pleasant people working there. Beds very comfy even the pull out. They offer some fun things to do in the game room like cookie decorating, grilled cheese and tomato soup evening, ect. Pool and hot tub were nice to get in after a day of walking around. Easy walk to the riverwalk."

"There was a disconnect between VRBO and the Eilan causing us to have trouble finding the reservation. At first they told us that we didn't have a reservation... The room was great other than the HVAC - it would never cool down below 73 degrees. The hotel is very nice though."
