"The reception was very friendly and kind as they upgraded my room for a better view after I told them thay my room with a "city view" had no view at all. The hotel itself needs some small fixes, for example the curtains don't all close/open, the safe deposit didn't work until I called room service etc... The hotel cleaning service is great! "Excellent hotel, great amenities, staff is very attentive especially receptionists. Would like to point out one of them, Madina, who made our stay truly special. Room was very clean. The view from 64th floor is stunning at Burj Khalifa. You might enjoy food at Malibu bar and lounge on the same top floor. We did."

"Excellent location but the room could do with some updating as cupboards were worn, coffee machine didn’t work and a few other niggling issues. The service was great though, very polite and service orientated. When we called for more pillows, they were there within minutes"

"Firstly, the booking we initially made was Damac Royale Tower, however this tower was apparently shut down and only available as a residence and not aparthotel. We were changed to Damac Maison Distincton. Our stay for 4 nights was decent, we had many issues though. 1.
