"Very poor experience with the hotel. The rooms was very dirty and you can see the dust all over. The washrooms were very bad and dirty, seems like no one cleans it properly. Even after requesting non-smoking room, they gave me a smoking room and said no more rooms available after complaining. Will recommend this to any of my friends or family member."

"The morning breakfast was excellent with many items served. I would like to compliment the chef for his expertise in food selection and taste. The reservation included many amenities that were not provided initially. When I complained about them at the front desk, I was told they have to be requested which was not clear to us. Once we were transferred into a better room after complaining, everything worked out very well. We will stay there again but will request things at check in or right...

"We reserved a room at this hotel through hotels.com. On the day of arrival, I recived a text message from the hotel asking me if I intended to arrive that day or not. I texted back taht I will. They texted back confirming my response. When we arrived at the property, I was told that my booking was canceled because I arrived late (at about 7:15 pm). I argued that I was never informed of the policy of late arrival but to no avail. Hence, I had to find another hotel to stay that night."
