"Arenal Manoa is absolutely amazing!! The staff is fabulous, they know your name, polite, friendly. The grounds are beautiful, well kept. We stayed in the Chato Suite and it felt like our own private oasis with a breathtaking backyard space, swinging sofa, multiple sitting/laying arrangements around a fabulous pool with perfect views of the Arenal Volcano. Buffett breakfast included, sushi, pizza and restaurant on site, we ordered room service multiple times and received it quick. Spa by the river and multiple natural hot springs on the property, they added some in an adult only zone, all are surrounded and under the lush vegetation on the property and a perfect escape. We also booked RT transportation to/from hotel and 2 tours through them. Arenal Manoa staff know how to make you feel special and cater to your needs. It was a most memorable vacation and we will return! "

"Overall this place was picturesque... everyone was very helpful went out of their way to make sure everything was just right. The only complaints I have, they were repairing the walkway lights, it was very dark at night, thank God I had a flashlight on my phone. But I did pass an elderly couple who are trying to find their room so I help them. Also their tools were left laying around. This is only temporary but it did kind of catch me off guard for such a great looking, well kept facility."

"This hotel looked amazing in the photos, which hardly did the spot justice. There was a garden in the center of the property with a pool and patio area and many exotic plants. Breakfast (three options) was served in a open air patio area. The staff put fruit out to encourage the birds to visit, providing a colorful, entertaining show. Our room was brand new, with a semi-private balcony. It was very quiet and felt safe and secure. There were both a two toed and a three toed sloth in residence in trees next to the hotel, which was exciting since we had not seen any on our trip to Costa Rica to that point. So happy we stayed there! "

"I have a lovely stay at this hotel. The property grounds is magnificent. The birds and other wildlife that visit was a bonus! Very close to downtown walking distance to everything. The family own soda 5 ish minutes away is a must try! El salto rope is about 10 minutes away and there’s a road side popsicle, man, reminds me of every Caribbean country/island I’ve been too. 💕 The volcano was constantly covered by clouds which was disappointing as I wanted to see the peak of it from the view at the entrance. Will revisit the area in the future. Check in and out was a breeze. I had a flight delay which turned into a cancellation put a damper on my plans but I was able to contact the hotel to change dates. I also extended my trip in the area. "

"This resort is very well kept and nestled in the forest. Our back patio in our private casita looked out at the forest and we saw monkeys in the trees in the morning. The massage area is so relaxing while in a private area overlooking the forest. The dining area has really good food. The staff is really nice. The pool area is very relaxing with a swim up bar. Very relaxing and beautiful all around. "

"For the price it was a fantastic hotel. If they just spent a little bit money it would be an amazing hotel. Overall I'm satisfied"
